By enrolling in any program, class, private lesson, event, or membership with The Studio, the Client or Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information from clients and parent/guardians:

Full name, address, phone number, and email address

If applicable, child’s name, age, and relevant emergency contact information

Billing and payment information

Attendance and service usage records

Media recordings including photos and videos taken during classes or events

2. Storage of Payment Information

The Studio uses a secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processor to store and manage payment information.

We do not store full credit card numbers on local systems.

Stored payment methods may be used only for:

Recurring membership or subscription payments

Auto-billed payment plans the client voluntarily enrolls in

Any outstanding balances associated with services the client has agreed to

We do not use stored payment information for unauthorized charges or purchases not explicitly agreed to by the client.

3. Use of Stored Payment Methods for Recurring Billing

By providing a payment method and enrolling in any subscription, membership, or auto-billed program, the client agrees to:

Allow The Studio to run recurring charges as scheduled

Allow updated or replacement card information provided by the client to replace the previous card on the account

Maintain an active and valid payment method to avoid service disruption

Clients may request changes to billing methods with written notice.

4. Media Recording and Social Media Consent

Classes, rehearsals, in-studio events, and certain group activities may be filmed, photographed, or audio-recorded.

These recordings may be used for:

Social media posts

Advertising and promotional content

Website or digital marketing

Internal training or documentation purposes

By signing this agreement, the client or parent/guardian grants full permission for The Studio to use their image or their child’s image in recorded media.

No compensation will be provided for the use of any such media.

If a parent/guardian has concerns about media usage, they may contact The Studio to discuss reasonable accommodations, though not all requests may be feasible.

5. Protection of Personal Information

We implement reasonable security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. These include:

Encrypted payment processing

Restricted staff access to sensitive records

Secure data management systems

However, no security method is completely flawless. By using our services, the client acknowledges inherent risks in digital storage and transmission.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or trade personal information. Data may be shared only with:

Authorized staff for operational purposes

Payment processors to complete financial transactions

Legal authorities, if required by law

7. Client Rights

Clients and parents/guardians may:

Request corrections to personal information

Update payment methods or contact information

Request clarification on how their or their child’s data is used

All requests must be submitted in writing.

By registering with The Studio, the client or parent/guardian acknowledges:

They have read and understood this Privacy Policy

They consent to the collection and use of information as described

They consent to media recording and public posting

They consent to the secured storage and use of payment methods for permitted billing purposes

The Studio may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes through email or posted announcements.
